Firm Overview
THE LAW OFFICES OF VINCA JARRETT AND ASSOCIATES
Vinca Jarrett's practice at the Law Offices of Vinca Jarrett and Associates
represents clients worldwide, emphasizes sophisticated entertainment industry
negotiation and contract drafting; provides innovative and aggressive legal and
packaging representation; and responds quickly and decisively to the needs of
her clients.
The Law Offices of Vinca Jarrett and Associates was founded by Vinca Jarrett
in 2002, bringing more than 15 years of professional experience to its
practice areas. The Firm is dedicated to providing worldwide clients with the highest
quality legal representation and a high level of personal attention on a
cost-effective basis. We achieve that goal by combining the sophistication of a
large firm practice with the flexibility and responsiveness of a boutique law
firm.
Our global clients are varied, from individuals requiring general legal
assistance, to start-up companies and film and music producers needing everything
from contracts to incorporation. Amongst our many noted clients are Starlight
Runner, a leading-edge cross media production company specializing in animation
who recently developed the Hot Wheels product line for Mattel, Inc.; Jay
Craven whose feature film Disappearances starring Kris Krisoffersen, completed
shooting in 2005; Dead Crow's first feature Within, which completed
post-production in 2005; composers Jeanine Cowen, Susan Welles (Trance Dance) and Claire
Harding and rock sensation Felix Brown. Firm attorneys have worked on many
films, including Boston-based production in conjunction with Roger Corman, The
Strangler's Wife, as well as films appearing at major festivals such as AFM,
Sundance, Cannes and Toronto, and independent films for which U.S., international,
television and video distribution has been successfully negotiated.
