We are announcing the establishment of Massachusetts Production Capital, a company created for the purpose of funding Massachusetts tax credits founded by Will French and Stephen G. Roberts of Louisiana Production Capital, a leader in financing of tax credits for film production in the US, and Vinca Jarrett of FilmPro Finance, a film finance consulting company here in Massachusetts.The company is in the process of commencing operations in Massachusetts. It is seeking to establish relationships with program administrators from the various state agencies, local production companies with growth potential, financial institutions, trade unions and associations, taxpayers, and industry vendors.
