If you send us specific information, that information will not be treated as confidential or privileged unless we have established an attorney-client relationship with you.

We will use the names, e-mail addresses, business or home addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers and any other personal information that you disclose to us only for clearing conflicts, and if we have accepted you as our client, for performing the services you have requested of us.

In addition, if you request to be put on our mailing list, we will use the information you give us to send you firm announcements, client alerts and other materials from time to time. We will remove you from our mailing list upon request at any time.

We will not use your personal information for any other purpose. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the security, integrity and privacy of the personal information you give us, and we will not transfer the information you give us to any third party unrelated to the services you have requested.

Our webserver automatically notes the IP address of the server you are using for statistical purposes, but we will not otherwise use that information. We do not put "cookies" on your computer.
